It seems to work with every type of noise other than Perlin noise which is the one I want, it also work with Perlin noise in Houdini 14 but not in 15. I have attached a commented hip file with two nodes that have exactly the same setup however one was made in 15 and the other was copied and pasted from 14 into 15.

I am trying to create an offset for turbulent noise in an attribute VOP that changes depending on the frame number. My problem is that changing the offset parameter of the turbulent noise is not having any effect on the value of the bind attribute.
