Fixing a camera on an object in Solaris Sept. 1, 2025, 3:14 a.m.
Hello, friends! Please help me solve a problem I've never encountered in Solaris before. I usually animate the camera using camera edit, but here I need to make the camera follow the path of a ship that is animated using follow path. I need it to move behind the ship along its trajectory, but with a slight offset, and it should move away at the end. I've tried many methods, but I'm making mistakes somewhere and don't understand what the problem is. I'm attaching screenshots of my attempts. I really hope you can help me. Thank you.
Problem loading and displaying <UDIM> textures in Karma July 3, 2025, 7:34 a.m.
Hey, guys. Can you please tell me if anyone has encountered this problem in Karma? I throw textures format <UDIM>, and for some reason goes like this display in places, and it is not everywhere. I have already changed the environment variable in houdini.env . I added texture limits there, i.e. increased them:
HOUDINI_TEXTURE_MAX_UDIM = 999999
KARMA_XPU_MAX_TEXTURES = 999999
KARMA_XPU_MAX_TEXTURE_FILES = 999999
Checked through cop-network that each texture is working, well loaded individually, but why the fuck it does not load together or rather loaded, but like this, a huge question????? I removed spaces in the names of textures everywhere in the names of textures, does not help, changed some names and removed the format raw/ACES-ACEScg and the like. Why is it so I do not understand.

OCIO settings in Houdini 20.5.613 and UDIM materlials July 2, 2025, 3:56 a.m.
Hi, can someone tell me what the problem is, I'm trying to add a rule in OCIO settings so that raw files are immediately correctly selected in the correct color space, but as you can see in the screenshot, I don't have this option, or this config immediately translates everything to ACES space.
Also the problem is that Arnold is not pulling up UDIM material data correctly. Although when assigning I select the correct color space in IMAGE ( Utility - Utility Raw).
On the first screens, what I have proisidutsya, the second screens, how poideya should be, the last is the behavior of Arnold in Solaris, I want to note that when using textures are not raw, everything works fine. The problem is not in Arnold himself.
