Hi there,
I'm looking for the best way to look up a geometry attribute (detail attr in my case) in a shader.
I'm able to fetch the attribute using the getattrib operator but I would like to find a way to get the attribute without having to write out the geometry with the value baked in.
Ideally I'm looking for a way to look up attribute values on live geometry if that makes any sense to keep my shader as generic as possible.
