How to use scipy lib of python in Houdini ? Nov. 18, 2018, 10:24 a.m.
I had the same problem using linux. As far the only solution I found was uninstall Houdini then install all packages with pip2 and then reinstall houdini. This was the way how I could use e.g. scipy with houdini.
I tried several things like:
-install pip for the local python version of houdini
-copy the numpy repository (github) and try to install it with the local python version of houdini
without success.
Hope this helps

attributes from different channels April 3, 2017, 10:19 a.m.
Hi!
when I have two attributes coming from different channel and I want to connect them in a Point Wrangler, why does the Point Wrangler does not get the attributes from the second channel automatically?
I uploaded a picture to show, what I exactly mean.
In my case: I created an attribute in the Point Wrangler Node “set Vorticity” and in the node "merging the channels I want to use it without using the command point(.., …,… )
Thanks for your help !
