Fixed a regression in the PolyCut SOP from 19.5.634, where the Remove mode no longer removed edges where both points were exactly equal to the threshold value. When instead cutting edges, only edges which actually cross the threshold value are cut. The 'Points' mode and cutting by string attribute values were also fixed to match the updated logic for which edges are included.
