Fixed an issue where when recursively checking if child transforms have been changed, an out of range index error was thrown instead.

Fixed issues where mesh inputs with LODs would have improper names, so the groups in Houdini wouldn't be set correctly.

Added another ignore error exception. Fatal cook errors are now warnings instead of errors to not disrupt user cooking (because some built-in nodes have errors as well). Fixes issues regarding heightfield flowfield.

Fixed an issue where when using shared vertices, materials would be incorrectly assigned.
