Fixed a bug with guide interpolation in the Guide Groom Plant tool which mostly occurred on large scale objects (100 units or more). Curves were created at offset positions or picked up more distant guides with higher weights.

Interpolation may have changed slightly even at smaller scales.

Added "Primitive Attributes" and "Point Attributes" parms to the Feather Procedural.

These work the same as on the Feather Uncondense SOP, copying shaft attributes onto generated barbs.

Point attribute values are copied from the shaft point the barb originates from.

One application is copying of barborient to help with generating feather normals.
