Scheduler TOPs now display a badge that indicates the number of work items that are actively cooking and queued with that scheduler. If the scheduler is configured to block the cook when there are failed items, the badge will also show the number of pending failed items. When only failed items are left the schduler badge shows a new status icon that indicates that the cook is waiting on the failed items to be resolved.

Fixed an issue where the job wrapper script used by the HQueue and Tractor scheduler could throw an exception when trying to format the exit code of a job process. Additionally, the wrapper script will now correctly print out signal names on Linux and Mac OS if the job terminated because the process received a signal.
