Added a "-U" option to hcustom to be used when building USD plugins with hcustom. This option alters the installation directory of the generated plugin library, and on Windows sets a compiler flag that is requires for proper initialization of USD plugins. Also added a very simple asset resolver plugin to $HT/samples/USD that can be compiled with hcustom.
