Fixed issue where transformations on geometry objects were not being set properly in certain circumstances when enabling scale preservation.

Removed the Make Output Editable in Take node menu entry from CHOPs as it did not work.

Fixed a bug where the 'ids' attribute for a Points prim was not converted to the 'id' point attribute when importing into SOPs.

Changed the take inclusion toggling from the node context menu to operate on the selected nodes instead of just the current one.
