Added a Pivot Location parameter to nodes that create USD packed prims, such as LOP Import and Unpack USD. The default behavior for new instances of these nodes is now to place the pivot at the prim's centroid, instead of the origin of its coordinate frame.

A related change is that USD packed prims now use the 'packedlocaltransform' intrinsic to store the world transform of the referenced USD prim. This is similar to how Alembic packed prims work and separates the USD transform from any custom transform applied to the packed prim afterwards in SOPs.
