Added support for Fetch ROPs and File Cache ROPs to HQueue render jobs and non-sliced simulation jobs.

When groups are missing from an explicit list of groups in the Blast SOP, it will now properly just ignore those groups. This is only when not in guess from groups. If guess from groups is enabled, it still may decide they are edge groups and produce unusual results.
