I installed my with the newest version 12.0.851 on my mac today.

and… when I started Houdini by typing ‘houdini’ on shell terminal, I got this texts.. (please see attached image) which I don't understand.

I only use shell just so I can get the value of Print SOP within VOP network, or open multiple houdini sessions… so I am not familiar with these error, and don't know what those mean…

Anyway Ever since I started getting this error, I can't get my Print SOP working.

It used to print out the value on my terminal shell, when I check ‘output to console’ in Print SOP, but now it doesn't do anything.

How do I fix this problem..?

I tried uninstalling and installing again..

Please help……

Hi Running H 12.0.607 I get none of those errors in my shell. So that would suggest you either need to install a new build or you have altered / added made changes to something with your setup.

hm.. I just installed 12 .0.609.. and i am still having the same problem…
