I would like to use the option partition attribute in the alembic export node in order to build a hierarchy. The issue is that it doesn't seem to accept any kind of attribute.
Is there a special method to use it?

You'll want to partition on a string attribute like “name” or “abcPath”. The string will be used for the name of the Alembic shape node. If you turn on the “Add Path Attribute” in an Alembic SOP, the attribute can be used to partition on export.
