Hi,

I've got a little problem and i hope guys you will help me.

I've created a curve using the primitive snap tool to follow on a surface like a grid with a mountain sop apply on it.
The problem is i want to get the surface normal on my curves points to get on those point the same normal than the primitive the point was snapped on.

Do anyone have an idea?

Thanks

Try the Attribute Transfer SOP.

Hmm, a HIP file might help diagnose the issue, if you have something that you're allowed to post. AttribTransfer of point normals from one to the other should work, though they may not be unit length, and there's a chance I borked it when I multi-threaded it for 12.5.
Writing code for fun and profit since... 2005? Wow, I'm getting old.

Thanks for helping

I think this does it, I swapped your point sop to the sphere, from the line.
