i have a D.A uber shader i did which took me a lot of time, and unfortunately it is broken in H13. is there any fix to that?
or i can just restart from scratch?

Fix to what? Can you post the shader and/or the actual errors/warnings you get from H13?

it seems the problem comes from the surfacemodel node in the shader
it seems also that new connection are created, and pluged in the wrong input in the surface model

This is odd. Looks like all the connections got shifted ever so slightly. There is supposed to be code to prevent this from happening, but that didn't seem to work here. We'll investigate that. In the meanwhile, I've attached the fixed version of your OTL.
