particles and trail sop question

Hey,

I'm trying to get some trails off my particles. The trail sop is good, but I need more sub steps. I tried using time shift, but it makes the simulation stop early, not sure why?

I've attached my hip,

On the Trail SOP, you'll want to have a smaller Trail Increment (think Step Size), and then increase your Trail Length (number of Steps), to get what you're looking for, I think.

And you can connect those with the Add SOP and the id attribute that comes from the particle solve.

Yeah but his scene should've worked too, he reduces step size with time warping/remaping.
And it almost works, just 2 things to mention:

1) In /obj/source_particles/trail1 set “Evaluate Within Frame Range” to off
(or set your time range in playback 1 - 2500)

2) In /obj/AutoDopNetwork set “Sub Steps” to 10 as this is the multiplier divider you're using in “timeshift” nodes
