we are a small studio so often we just do not get around to answering every application. currently we are getting MANY applications so we are deeply sorry for not beeing able to answer everyone of the mails. we do look at them tho!
and if you have sent your stuff to talent@ you are in the database.

have you applied for the mantra render position yet ?
i would strongly recommend you specifically apply for that.
you might not be in the database as a houdini render artist.

we are looking mainly for onsite people with european work permit as a visa process would be very time consuming and expensive for us.
