I am hearing-impaired and I can't watch video tutorials unless they have closed captions. I tried to watch video tutorial on Procedural Modeling - Lesson 3 - Buildings Part 1 but it doesn't have closed captions. There is a video tutorial at https://cmivfx.com/store/233-houdini-xml-based-procedural-cities [cmivfx.com] but I found out that the tutorial doesn't have closed captions after asking the store that sells video tutorials. I tried software for creating cities like City Engine but I had problems with the software. I'm using Houdini Apprentice and I'm afraid of buying Houdini Indie and the video tutorials. Please help me create cities.

You can probably use something like Google Voice to transcript the audio. You will have to play the video in real time. Then you can find a tool to convert the text you got into a subtitle.
I don't know if there is an easier way.
