You need to chill a little mate

I know these things can be frustrating, especially when you're coming from a 3d app that doesn't have these problems (which are pretty much all others) with these simple things, but Houdini trashes other apps in the “complicated things” zone.

Now, you have to wait a little while the devs. do their magic and until then, do your work with the app you're currently a main user of and learn Houdini in the meantime.
In time you'll find that nowhere else is the community more helpful (overall) and more importantly, have the devs listen to our whining everyday.

Regarding your problem:
I cannot reproduce it. Either you didn't explain it right, or it just works on my side.

…What is this a beta?
No It's already fixed in 15.0.270. Must have been a last minute bug.

Must be the reason I can't reproduce it since I'm on .270

Thanks.

@mcnistor: I am chilled. I can say “what is this, a beta?” very calmly

Didn't seem like you were calm from here, but I believe you nevertheless.

There is no emoticon for calm. Also short sentences should not be misinterpreted. They can also be an indicator for a limited vocabulary

Well the sarcasm was genuine. Very calm, icy cold sarcasm.
