Currently, a preset would replace all eligible parameter values on a node.. is there a way to load a certain preset, but ONLY to a chosen parameter?

I hope I am getting this right,

you are going to have to make another preset with that value changed, so if you wanted, you could have as many presets as you want with different values

I hope that is the answer you are looking for :-)
