Download T-pose and animation from mixamo, when I export animation clip to T-pose using chop. The character changes to this shape.

Nice work, thanks for posting that video. Your instructions worked for me using your posted example files. I guess the key is switching the axis order on import to ZYX. Mixamo should update their tutorial on Houdini Workflow [mixamo.com] to indicate this is required for success.
There is also some information at this link [forums.odforce.net] on how to configure the Fetch node if you wanted to migrate an animation from a skeleton with non-matching bone names.
