Weird clipping in viewport

When I rotate at certain angles, my geometry will clip making it very difficult to work with. This happens regardless of how zoomed in or out I am. I've attached a few examples.

in the viewport you can adjust the clipping plane of the view by typing D and going to the Viewport Section > top right
