particles to mesh and static object

hello.
I made a simple simulation with particles - torus jumps out from fluid tank (I used two keyframes - torus inside tank and after 5 frames torus outside tank). I used surface collisions fot torus. now I'm trying to export my object and splash to obj file. and I have a problem:
when I'm converting particles to mesh it comes into my torus because convertion creates a coves around every particle. so, the final mesh intersects my object.

could anyone help me, please?

You may want to look at the resolution of your collision mesh. If it is too low you get inaccurate collisions.

so, the problem is solved with merge node connected to input2 with substract option
