Hi guys,
Is anybody else having issues with the Principled Shader's refraction color?
I can't seem to reproduce the doc's illustration -
My refractions are pretty color-less, even when I set the transdist parm to different values and play with different transcolor values.
Perhaps it's a bug or maybe I'm missing something.
The Mantra ROP is set to PBR rendering engine. Everything is pretty default.
Build H16.0.600

Go to your rop, under the shading tab is a checkbox to enable absorption… why this is defaulted to unchecked I cannot understand. I've already had a couple people waste time in their day trying out wtf was going on before I noticed what was happening.
