How I can only playback or see changes on one view on my view port like in Maya. Update active view allows you to playback your scene on selected view when you have more than one view on your view port. It's possible in Houdini ?

No, there currently is no way to do this. Is there a reason you'd like this feature? The viewports all share the same geometry so there's no extra cost beyond the extra redraw time to display all the viewports.
