Hi,

I'd like save my IPR renders to disk, the desired naming convention would simply be the name of the camera, that was used to render that frame. Is there a variable for active camera? Also, is it possible to change the default naming convention ( $HIP/ipr/$SNAPNAME.$F4.$SAVENUM.exr) to the camera one?

Thnaks in advance.

There's no variable for active camera, because there is no globally ‘active’ viewer. Multiple viewers can coexist with different cameras. Nothings to stop you from exporting a variable with your camera name in it though. You could make a shelf tool that creates an env var for the currently selected camera. This way when you use the env var in your rop and your ipr snap name, pressing the button will ensure your ipr is saved with the same camera.
