Hi all, I am trying to flat UV for my model. However as soon as I selected an edge on the geometry in ‘Cut Geometry for UV Layout’ mode, houdini will crash. I tried on the test geometry, same; I tried on a whole new scene with only the test geometry pinhead, same.

The houdini I am using is houdini apprentice 16.5.405, and my laptop's graphic card is Intel Iris Pro 1536MB.

Any idea what happened and how can I fix it?

I've sent the crash report to sidefx, but I don't know how soon will they get back to me.

Sorry guys, it is very weird that today when I tried, it is okay now, no more crash…
Maybe it's because my laptop was too hot the other day, which caused the crash problems.

If the problem continues, I'll report the problem again.
