Houdini 16.5. I cannot import a lidar data from a file. Here is its format

Please, tell me how to work with such arrays. I used Lidar Import, but it has some restrictions of supported formats. As I understood, I need to realize a reading this file myself. How does it work? Thanks.

If it's just simple tabular data you might be able to use the Table Import SOP, or if you need fancier options, you can use the Load Data Table (https://www.orbolt.com/asset/ndickson::load_data_table) asset from Orbolt.
