Hello, does anyone know if using Vellum with geometry that has thickness (extruded) is not a good fit with the solver? Should I be sticking to flat planes and extruding after simulating to have thickness in the end?
Thanks for taking a look at my question!

It should work, but you'll want to create a ‘struts’ constraint so the solver preserves the thickness. It might not be worth the performance cost if you can easily extrude after the sim, or use the sim to point deform or cloth deform an existing extrusion.
