Not with an apprentice license. Only output .ifd's for Mantra.
To generate RIB (and MI as well) from a .hip file using SESI products you need either of the following licenses:
-Houdini Master license
-Houdini NonGraphics (hscript) license
-Houdini RScript license
-Houdini Escape with a Render Plus license
