PDG - instalation Check file filedecompress failed

I am testing the tools and getting this error. Not sure what to add or install.

It looks like the File Decompress nodes aren't finding any inputs. These nodes will look for input files tagged as “file/archive” and decompress those archives.
The File Pattern nodes should automatically detect the .zip extension and tag the file as a “file/archive”. I tested with 215 as well and it seems to work without any issue.
Are you overriding the file tag on the File Pattern node? It looks like your .zip files only get tagged with “file”.

Yeah see that but by default, without override, the “filepattern” gets only “file” tag.
If I override the tag to “file/archive” then i get this error:

It appears to be related to my user profile here. I created a new user and all runs fine. Will investigate further.

Just to close the topic for everyone. My windows 10 profile was corrupted and that somehow interfered with the evaluation.
Restring windows from backup fixed the problem.
