Someone recently told me how to use the font SOP to display stamping values, but I've forgotten how! Could someone help?

You can use the font SOP to display all manner of information.
Just put your expression between backticks and that should do it.

As for stamping values, are you talking about the parameters in the copy SOP? if so I guess those are a just a channel reference.
