UVs for modular wall sections

Hi folks!

I'm struggling to get consistent UVs on my models. They're simple modular architecture pieces using booleans to subtract areas for doors and windows. The problem I'm having is that changing the size of the boolean, which is something I'd like to be able to do using Houdini Engine, it rotates the UVs seemingly at random. This makes the models less useful as modular pieces because I'll need to make sure the materials tile across the main polygon consistently.

Have attached my hip file so hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Apply UVs in advance, then do your extrusions.

Thanks Konstantin! That's great and definitely leads to more consistent results, the only thing I don't have with your method is a nice wrap to the edges inside the window hole, which I do with a UV flatten node. Just with that, it rotates all over the place when you change the size of the box that is boolean'd out. Grrr.
