Using deforming geometry as a Flip fluid container, issue

Hi;

I would like to fill an animated (deforming) geometry, with fluid, and I want the fluid to flow out of gaps shown in the image below.
Please take a look at my hip file. I tried several ways without success.

I think I should use Volume Collision, right?
Any idea?
