How does hairgen work in lops?

I'm not quite sure about how the hair workflow works in Lops. I tried using sopimport to import hairgen, but it doesn't look the same as the one in object level. I wonder if I'm doing it wrong.

Hi, I figured it out. It turned out that I imported the wrong node. Instead of importing the entire hairgen node, the correct one is ‘HAIRS’ under the hairgen node. It still only show curves in OpenGL viewport, but it looked fine in the render view. Thanks anyway!
