I'm trying to wrap my head around a workflow for scattering in massive environments and being able to art direct multiple scatter setups by seeing something in the openGL viewport that doesn't crawl. The obvious example is a forest of trees. Using copy to points I can set display as: point cloud, but this seems to just hide the objects entirely. This seems like a bug (18.5.462)
The documentation is limited on this feature. I also looked into all the display options, instance / geometry / lods. No luck with changing any of those although I was hoping that there might be something like a point cloud density slider somewhere that I was missing. Anyway, thank you!
