I tried to add two POP networks and only one works fine while the other has some strange issues. Is it not possible to add multiple?
They are identical.

There's no specific limit to how many dopnetworks are in a Houdini scene. Only memory would be a limit, you'll run into issues drawing a node graph with so many nodes before the scene has problems though.
