I'm trying to use SideFx Lab's Exoside QuadRemesher node. It downloaded the external app and allowed me to start using the trial version. But then it spitted this error:

Error: Error generated by Python node.
Error: Cannot connect to internet. Working in TRIAL mode requires an internet connection..

Of course I have the internet connection. What's happening?

I've contacted Exoside but haven't got a response yet. I just like to know if anyone encountered the same issue.

It works for me, but I have the paid version. Answers from Exoside are very problematic, unfortunately. But it is a good plugin.

I might be wrong, but you probably need to run the Python 2 version of Houdini until QuadRemesher is updated.

They replied me. It turns out that the built-in version of H19 doesn't work for trial. One needs to download the newest HDA from their website.
