How to get rid of jitter when adding fur on Vellum？

I try to add hair on the basis of Vellum, but when Vellum moves, the hair will vibrate, how can I fix the position of the hair?

Timeshift with frame 1 then rest sop to the first input of Hair Generate, simulated vellum geo to the third input.
