python shader network pasting subnet parameter nodes broken

Hello I`m working on something and I`ve noticed that pasting shader nodes with parameters that are linked to a subnet with parameters using python fails. I thought a had a good workaround and technically i have a way to solve this but it is ugly as it messes up the inputs and outputs.( although the pasted node also has messed up inputs and outputs.)
I wil provide an example HDA + scenefile


note that in the example file the parameters dont even show up on the toplevel but in my more complicated setup they do even though this is basically exactly the same just with some things removed.
