Auto assign material with shop_materialpath in vex

I'm trying to affect materials in an automatic way but I'd like to use vex to affect box mat to shop_mater**********_matnet1_box and same for grid how can I do this ?

I read cgwiki it works for one material but not for multi materials

Any suggestion ?
