Newbie here.

I am receiving screen artifacts when I perform actions such as marquee selection or moving the nodes around. Kind of like trails. Is this an issue with my video card driver or with the H9 demo? I do not have this issue with any of my other apps (Max, PS etc). Any ideas on how to fix this?

Yeah i dont know what card you have, ATI cards have had trouble in the past with Houdini, i couldnt say.

alot of guys here know some of the graphical errors that Houdini has had with some cards, so it wont be long before they see this.

You are correct, I am runnig an ATI card. Specifically 256MB ATI Mobility Radeon X1800, DriverVersion: 6.14.10.6601

I updated my driver and turned off any AA (left it to “application settings”) and the artifacts are gone,
