I got and error but did not copy it. I tryed to do it by hand.

Key 1: ERROR
Key installation failed for aquaman
This server key aquaman may not have installed properly because you already have a server key installed

Key 2:
Install error: invalid license key specified
ERROR: key instaallation failed for aquaman

I now know why people buy software but in turn use the cracks. will keep trying to get it to work.

the first one is not working. If anyone has any ideas blow them past me. I e-mailed tech support my diagnostic report. I would post it but it seems like it has my lic info in it i can't tell.b Let me see if i can't edit some of it out.

I did have the program installed before today never really used it. I uninstalled it then I had to re install it when i read the e-mail.

I'm not really sure what's going on here.

Are you on linux, windows? What's the build number you are currently running?

I initially tried to install my HD licenses on a build of H9 that was too early and needed to install the latest build before it would use them. Don't know if that helps you.

Nope, the latest build is 7.0.790 and the latest production is 7.0.782

The 790 build fixed the problem. Thank you. I did not know they were coming out with builds so fast and thought that just 2 months i would still have an up to date program. I did not have to enter anything it shows all 3 lic files working =O

Yeah, that's a pretty amazing aspect of SideFX.

They fix bugs daily except for in the weekends…wonder why that is. So you can download a new build with less bugs instead of waiting for service releases for half a year. Here you can see a list of what has been fixed

Better still, use a browser that lets you decide if that's the behavior you prefer. I just middle-click in Firefox.

I ready in the notice about the release of HD that you need .790 or newer because they had to modify it run with the HD licence.
