Ok,
I've tried everything that has crossed my mind to try and solve this problem, but I haven't found a solution.
Can you please tell me how can I stick my emitted particles onto their birth position while the geometry is deforming?
I've included a H9 hip file.
Thanx

If you have proper uv's, then one can just use the creep pop. I used your file and just slapped on some quick uvs. I think some of them are flipped which explains the movement of the particles after frame 1.

another often overlooked option is simply using the scatter sop.

They aren't particles, but can easily be turned into particles should the need really arise.

Often times, when we think ‘points’ we think particles, but in houdini that isn't always the case.
