I created a file SOP. when I open to expore files, I can only see my disk number. how can I see the network??

just type //machineName in the path field and continue from there. Helps to login to that machine before you try browsing through houdini. I remember having trouble on windows, quite some time ago though.

You could also use the network sop to load remote geometry… i think. Never actually used it myself :?

I would recommend mapping your network drive with Windows Explorer. That should save you some pain.
