Hy,
U need to make the moving object a Static object so it interacts. and use the option “use deforming geometry” in the static object node in DOP. And keep the merge relation to “Collide - Mutual” Moreover the file u posted has just a smoke container - no source to emit smoke. Create a “Source from object” anything like a sphere inside ur container.
i have done the same and posting the file for your reference

but
Hey this time u kept the buoyancy force to zero. but the smoke volume need some information of the motion velocity to interact. Go to Fields>>Collisions of the Smoke solver and tick “Use point velocities for collision”. This way smoke will try to react with the nearest point that comes in contact.
