I am so sad!

I am living far away from the City, and believe me, where

i live internet connection doesnt get in here.

so i am wondering if there is a way to install Apprentice license?

well, seens i forgot to mention:

i can go to the cyber cafe and save files into a pendrive (what i am doing exactly now)
