i think that in H10 you need to dive inside curl noise pop and promote source group parameter voppop1 to the curl noise asset, or edit there (allow editing first)
in H11 there is source group parameter already promoted

there are a few ways

1. promote parameter to digital asset definition, through rightclick on Curl Noise POP/Type Properties…
then drag Source Group parameter to parameters
you'll need to change otl path for the asset to be saved to because you cannot edit default assets
then every time you need this asset, you can load give preference to that otl over default one so modified Curl Noise POP will be used
but perhaps way 2. is more easier for you to use

2. promote parameter as a spare parameter for exact instance of Curl Noise POP
select your Curl Noise POP node
allow editing
click on gear menu/Edit Parameter Interface…
drag source group parameter from voppop1 node to parameters
apply
now you can copy this node if you need this later
but don't lock it, otherwise your connection will break

3. extract contents of Curl Noise POP or just copy/paste voppop1 one level up
break all connections on that pop and reset parameter values
use this voppop1 as your curl noise pop from now on ( rename if ou will )

4. try H11
