Houdini Indie and Apprentice » Domino scene

Hi i have done it before, My Domino scene will construct base on what the user have type by using the font nodes.

Below is my workflow

In the same level as the font nodes, i use an object_merge nodes follow by a resample nodes with along Arc option selected.

Thereafter i using a sweep notes that is connected to the sphere and points nodes.

After that i called in a box nodes, then with the sweep nodes, i connect them to the copy node.

This is my frist car render ever, one enviroment light with HDR, and Houdini default shaders.
Need more work but its start.

Audi is without windshield still making shader for glass.

Rendertime - 5min/frame.

Hi i am trying to model and Audi R8 in Houdini and texture it as soon as i have done.

Is it possible for you to give me some tips on how to get to that detail of your shader.

Hi all,
I did this test(a still for now) where I tried to achieve a very detailed mesh of a big mass of fluid.
I simulated about 300.000 particles and set the point scale radius and surface distance at very low values.
Here's the still:


Wow that is cool, anyway i am a student. I just started with houdini, may i know what kind of particles is need to have this effect. Before that i was doing it in maya
